Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PVFT LLC (“we,” “us,” or “AgentScreen”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit agentscreen.co or request access to our product. We've tried to keep it short and readable. If anything is unclear, email us at olivier@agentscreen.co.

What we collect

Information you give us.When you fill out the “Get access” form, we collect your email address and any message you choose to send us. That's the only personal information we ask for on the marketing site today.

Information collected automatically. When you submit the form, we record the user-agent string of your browser along with your message. We also use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages people visit. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, it does not store IP addresses in a way that can identify you, and it does not track you across sites.

How we use it

• Respond to your access request and follow up about AgentScreen.
• Understand which parts of the site are working and improve them.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, security incidents, or technical problems.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the product, under appropriate confidentiality terms:

• Vercel — hosts the website and runs Vercel Analytics.
• Google — stores the email and message you submit, via Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
• Email providers we use to reply to you (for example, our own inbox).

We may also disclose information if we're legally required to, or if it's necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Cookies

We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising on the marketing site. The site may set basic functional storage required by the browser or platform. If we add cookies in the future, this policy will be updated.

How long we keep it

We keep the email and message you submit for as long as we are in contact with you about AgentScreen, plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may also have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, email olivier@agentscreen.co. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. No system is perfectly secure, though, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

AgentScreen is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

International users

We operate from the United States. If you use the site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, contact you directly.
