Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AgentScreen website at agentscreen.co and the AgentScreen product (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by PVFT LLC (“we,” “us,” or “AgentScreen”). By visiting the site or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Private beta

AgentScreen is currently in a private beta. Access is invite-only, features may change without notice, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time. Anything you see on the site is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee that a given feature will ship in its current form.

What AgentScreen does

AgentScreen helps recruiting teams evaluate candidates who claim to build AI agents. We review submitted projects, stress-test agent behavior, and produce a hiring-oriented report. AgentScreen is a decision-support tool. Final hiring decisions are always yours.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business or team you represent. If you are using the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to make hiring decisions in a way that violates applicable employment, anti-discrimination, or privacy laws.
• Submit candidate information without an appropriate legal basis to do so.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to the Service, including candidate submissions you share with us. You grant us a limited license to use that content to operate, improve, and secure the Service. We will not use your candidate data to train public models or sell it to third parties.

Our content

The AgentScreen name, logo, website, reports, scoring methodology, and underlying software are owned by PVFT LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. We reserve all other rights.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, analytics, and storage). Their terms and policies apply to the parts of the Service they power. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AgentScreen reports and scores are signals to support your hiring process — they are not a substitute for a complete interview process, reference checks, or your own judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PVFT LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify PVFT LLC from claims arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party in connection with your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may change the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, give you notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
